AMS FINE CHEMICALS was established in 2009 with highly efficient manufacturing facility with modern equipment, R&D center and in-house Physico-chemical laboratory and Microbiology Laboratory in order to produce high standards of Magnesium Compounds like Magnesium Carbonate, Magnesium Hydroxide, Magnesium Chloride, Magnesium Trisilicate, etc. with a goal to serve Food & Pharmaceuticals industries. We are located at prime location with nearest Seaport- Pipavav Port just 120 Km away, largest seaport of Gujarat Mundra Port just 350 Km away, nearest airport- 2 Km away, nearest international airport- 180 km away. 1995

Start of the Journey

A family owned business of manufacturing Magnesium Carbonate from abundant natural source of Magnesium - Sea Brine was founded in the name of Osian Marine Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. by Mr.Kishore.P.Bhattasana (Bachelor of Pharmacy) on 12th May 1995 with very less self-financial ability and rest supported by family and relatives with just 100 MT per annum capacity for domestic sale.

2000

Year of Success

Years of hard work paid off, our quality of Magnesium Carbonate was recognized and widely accepted by customers all over India.

2005

Development of various grades

With suggestions and thoughts from customers, we worked hard with a motto to develop various grades of Magnesium Carbonate to cater demands from different industries like Cosmetics, Food, Rubber, Sports Chalk, etc.

2006

Time to expand

After the success invarious grades of Magnesium Carbonate in domestic market, demand for our Magnesium Carbonate saw a sudden boost. So to cater the rising demand, thought of a new manufacturing unit with capacity two times more than our existing unit arised.

2007

Entry into Overseas Market

Our Magnesium Carbonate was 1st exported to Spain. We exported Magnesium Carbonate Lumps used as Chalk for hands to absorb sweat or as a drying agent for hands for Rock Climbing purpose.

2009

AMS Fine Chemicals was born

AMS Fine Chemicals - Thought now changed to reality and the dream project of our founder was ready in December 2009. With new establishment came new responsibilities, the most important one to maintain the Quality of Magnesium Carbonate which was made by Osian Marine Chemicals Pvt. Ltd in 1995.

2010

Something Exclusive

Our R&D team came up with a new form of Magnesium Carbonate which can be developed with the help of Carbon Dioxide and Magnesium Hydroxide.

2011

Explosive License to store and process CO2

We were granted with Explosive License by Government of India for storage and operation of Carbon Dioxide with capacity of 50,000 Kilo Litres of in-house facility.

2012

Magnesium Carbonate Hydroxide was introduced into the market

We became the one and only manufacturer of Magnesium Carbonate Hydroxide in India with semi-automized handling and process technology.

2013

2^nd Generation into family business

Mr. Abhyuday. K. Bhattasana a Bachelor in Chemical Engineering decided to give new direction to our existing business to enter Pharmaceutical and Health nutrition market. Focus was diverted from only manufacturing of Magnesium Carbonate to different Magnesium Compounds with application in Pharma & Nutrition industry.

2014

Technological Upgrade in Drying

We installed Rotary Vacuum Dryer for production of Heavy Magnesium Carbonate widely used in Nutritional Supplement industry with semi-automized process.

2015

Granted with Drug License

After the development of 3 more Magnesium products to cater Pharmaceutical Antacid market, we were awarded with Drug License from Gujarat Food and Drug Control Administration for manufacturing and exports of Bulk Drugs. Soon the commercial manufacturing and export was started.

2017

Our Magnesium offshores

Our exports of Magnesium compounds accounted to 30% of our turnover. Presently we are exporting our products to more than 20 countries worldwide.

2018

From 100 MT to 3000 MT per annum

Manufacturing of Magnesium Carbonate was started with capacity of just 100 MT per annum which now reached to 3000 MT per annum.

2019

Trading & Distribution

We are into manufacturing of more than 10 different Magnesium Compounds with ISO 9001:2015, GMP, KOSHER and HALAL certified quality standards and distribution of more than 10 different inorganic chemicals.

2020

Another member joined the family business

Mr. Aditya. K. Bhattasana (Chartered Accountant) with his latest knowledge in Finance, Accountancy and logistics joined us and filled the void in management of commerce department of our business.
